Really the only difference is you drop the engine and tranny as one. All the wiring, coolant and coolant connections are pulled. I will probably drop leave the PS pump on the engine and bring the reservoir with. The engine is supported from above, and the subframe is unbolted. Pull outer tie rod from the knuckle and inner mounting of lower arm. Lower the car so that the engine and tranny are resting on something, I use a pallet on a furniture dolly. Release the engine from above and slowly lift the car off the engine. Granted this is a fairly simplified procedure, but I also have a fairly stripped engine bay. No A/C, I rerouted the PS return line along the subframe instead of in front of the rad. Most of the unnecessary vac lines are gone, etc.
